Patient to Book a Free iTero Scan / Consult on 17th June 2022 and pay a £50 consultation fee to secure booking. £50 refundable if cancelled with 48hrs notice and non-refundable after this time. £50 will go towards the treatment total if a patient goes ahead. The deposit will be non-refundable if the patient declines treatment. Offer valid for 1 week. Going ahead with treatment patient must book Specialist consultation with Dr Anthony Lam and pay a minimum deposit of £1000 – £400 when booking & must sign a treatment agreement & standing order. £600 is due on ClinCheck approval.
